We each have a unique journey into the gluten-free world. My introduction was through my daughters, who have multiple food allergies. The experience taught me the importance of staying vigilant. For this reason, I ensure Kim’s Kitchen is completely free of gluten, nuts, egg, and dairy.

My gluten-free cooking was inspired by my time with my late mother. Together, we experimented with gluten-free asian recipes to improve her wellbeing and bring joy in her life. The experience affected me deeply, and inspired me to start Kim’s Kitchen. There is plenty of LOVE that goes into each of my carefully hand-crafted products.

Over the years, the culinary adventurer in me finally found the magical combination of taste and texture in wheat-based Asian specialty range. I then set myself the goal to re-create them gluten-free to cater for all taste buds. Premium gluten-free dumplings and homemade sauces were our initial products. I then launched gluten-free steamed buns and donuts. Lately, I’ve been experimenting with vegan donut flavours such as vanilla custard and lemon curd.
