The balance of salty, sweet and sour, accompanied by an amazing citrus freshness from freshly squeezed lemon. Versatile for almost any dish.
Chilli oil
This medium-heat chilli oil is full of fragrance and taste. Ideal for salads, sandwiches, pasta, noodles and meat.
Chilli crush
For the chilli-lover. It has the same blend as the chilli oil but with loads more chilli bits.
Sauces have a lifespan of 1 year unopened and 3 weeks after opening. They can be frozen before/after opening to extend its lifespan.
